The Huon Trail

Bruny Island is an island of surprises - gentle countryside, wild coastlines and a rich history.

Fruit trees line the roads of the Huon and Channel district and the heart of the apple country is Huonville.


Further south is Geeveston, close to the deep valleys where mighty eucalypts tower skyward.

South again and at last the roads wind down to Cockle Creek - the furthest south it's possible to drive in all Australia.
