Established in 1824, the Cascade Brewery Building stands as one of the very originals in Hobart. Located at the very end of Cascade Road in South Hobart, surrounded by lush grass and glorious gardens, Cascades is definitely more than just a place to have a beer! Tours of this majestic Brewery and its surrounding Gardens run from Monday to Friday and bookings are essential!
